🔷 Leadership to lead the ship

In exciting discussions on the topic of leadership, I always notice that the discipline of good leadership attracts a great deal of interest. For me, the question is very exciting: how can I create the necessary traction for positive development in my own environment through good leadership?

👉 I believe that from a leadership perspective, the biggest challenge in this context is often not buried in the technical issues, but rather in the networking of the right skills at the right time for the right goal.

👉 I see enormous potential here, especially in today’s world, where knowledge11 is constantly increasing and there are many great and committed knowledge carriers available.

🤔 But what do I do with this insight?

As knowledge increases, so does the complexity of opportunities and the need of space for personal development. Finding the optimum composition for progress that crystallises the desired benefits for the company and meets with tangible acceptance within the environment requires inspiration, creativity and enthusiasm. I can share these virtues with the employees and encourage them to take the initiative in tackling the tasks set for them and give them the space for their “skills”.

🎯 Good leadership requires competent guidance and genuine appreciation.

If I want to steer the ship safely through the stormy seas, it is only possible with a strong and motivated team that is committed to the community with inner approval.

How do you experience this issue? What are your experiences?

I look forward to a constructive discourse with you.

Take care & best regards

Stephan
